Monet Paredes

Director of Communications

Monet is a Junior Political Science and Environmental Studies double major. She joined praxis the fall of her Freshman year on the Save the Earth Campaign, until she was elected Secretary her Sophomore year and is currently our Director of Communications.

In her free time, Monet loves working with kids and spends a lot of time coaching youth soccer and teaching youth swimming lessons. She is super passionate about environmentalism and climate justice, and loves painting, thrifting, and going on adventures with friends.

Outside of Praxis, Monet is also involved in PRLACC and the Leadership Learning Community. After her undergraduate education, she hopes to go to Law School.
